Having played lots of different sports at varying levels I understand what a difference a good mindset can have. My vision is to use my sport and exercise psychology skills to enable athletes, players and teams to become the best they can be. My sports consultancy practice allows me to work with players and athletes from all sports and at various stages of their development.
My own sporting background is in snooker. I have played at a high level and I have been a qualified snooker coach for over 15 years. I have coached beginners up to professional level players. I now enjoy league table tennis and am a qualified coach. Sport and exercise psychology plays a large part in all the coaching that I do.
In 2021-2022 I completed a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Northampton. I then spent a year working in community mental health before beginning a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. In October 2024 I gained a distinction in my degree and am now a trainee sports and exercise psychologist under the supervision of Dr Brian Hemmings.
